To return a physical product within 14 calendar days of receiving it. Fill it in and the email is prepared for you.

How it works

Fill in the form and send the email that’s prepared. Any clear message to [email protected] saying you’re withdrawing from the purchase is also valid. We’ll reply with the address to send the product to. You have 14 days from your notice to send it, and we refund everything you paid, including standard shipping, within a maximum of 14 days from when you notify us.

Guides and digital products already downloaded can’t be returned by withdrawal, because you accepted the immediate download before paying; if the file fails, the guarantee still applies: email us.
